All Level Classes

Push Power: This class combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout for full body strengthening and boosting your fitness

Zumba: is a fusion of Latin and international music with dance themes that are based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO."  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.

Turn Up!: Turn up is all about cool vibes, good music, and fun dancing!  Get moving and grooving to some hip hop and pop music from the oldies but goodies to the new.

STRONG:  STRONG by Zumba combines bodyweight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. In each class you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.

Pilates: A complete approach to developing body awareness, focusing specifically on the core to help promote flexibility, leaning and toning of the entire body

Strength: a full body workout using weights, bands and cardio moves, helping you burn fat and strengthen and tone your body

Keep Moving: A fun blend of classic dance training that gets your heart rate up, barre work to tone your muscles, core strengthening, and flexibility training

Yoga: A series of poses that combines flexibility, strength, power, and balance for a complete workout.

Fusion: Yoga and Pilates come together to form this class utilizing core coordination and flexibility to give you a great workout


Active Aging Classes

Chair Yoga: Build your flexibility, improve your balance, and calm your mind during this yoga class using a chair. Great for all levels!

Functionally Fit: This class consists of cardio, balance, strength, and functional movement exercises. Multi-joint, multi-muscle exercises increase muscular strength and endurance, improve balance, and boost core strength, training the body to naturally perform everyday activities with joint-protective form.

Chair Yoga + Strength: Strengthen and tone your body using chairs, bands and weights in this class that incorporates toning exercises and low impact cardio moves into your yoga workout.

Specialty Classes

Barre Balance & Booty: This class is designed to create long lean muscles. All the moves are originated from dance. You will target specific muscles with each exercise and wake up muscles that are seldom used. All of the exercises can be customized to fit beginner, intermediate and advanced. The results are better posture, better balance and smooth lean muscle development. 

Basic Strength & Conditioning:  This class will include endurance, strength, balance, and stretching exercises specially designed for the unique needs of seniors and beginner exercisers.  Each session will also include information about different topics related to health and healthy aging.
